I always start my pieces with a simple concept. It may be an object or an animal. Inspiration comes from all around me. As I begin to create that piece a story unfolds in my mind. The inks and paints then flow organically until I have finished the idea.

I never know where the piece is going, which is what I love most about the process. Every time I create it is like a small journey somewhere magical.
